The position involves receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom efficiency, and preparing products for shelves while adhering to store policies and safety rules. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access.
• Restock products on the salesfloor and support markdowns.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Report for shifts with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Follow company dress code and brand standards on the floor.
• Contribute to Kirkland's Home Values in daily work.
• Stock and retrieve merchandise as needed.
