Job summary

Kirkland's Home is hiring a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment and price changes. The role requires high organization and urgency, with weekend/evening availability typical for retail floors.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, and providing excellent customer-facing support while upholding brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift and move 45 pounds or more and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely, timely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Assist in stocking, markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Takes personal accountability for performance and adheres to dress code.
• Work across shifts with a professional, positive attitude.
• Support company initiatives and stock processing in a timely manner.
