Job summary

Stock Lead at UGG stores within Deckers Brands oversees stockroom operations, including processing, placement, and transfers, while maintaining safety and accuracy. You train stock associates, support the Store Manager, and execute stock and sales plans to keep shelves stocked and inviting for customers.

You will replenish displays, uphold Visual Merchandising standards, and deliver excellent service on the floor to help customers find what they want.

Qualifications

• One to two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations, processing, placement and transfers.
• Maintain stockroom safety, accuracy and security procedures.
• Train and develop stock associates; support Store Manager.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor per VM standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer product questions.
