Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG stores are seeking a Stock Lead who will own the stockroom, oversee receiving, placement, and transfers, and ensure safety and accuracy so customers find products when they want them.

You will train stock associates, partner with the Store Manager, replenish and merchandise on the floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards while maintaining a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processing, placement, and transfers.
• Maintain safe, organized stockroom and stock desk; follow security measures.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Assist with sales floor replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge on the floor.
