Job summary

UGG, a DECKERS Brands division, seeks a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory and timely product availability. You will lead by example, train stock associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and maintain store standards.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide product knowledge while upholding safety and security measures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building and organizational skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the stockroom, including processing, placement, and transfers to support the store’s operations.
• Maintain a neat, safe stockroom and stock desk; follow safety and security measures.
• Receive, verify, and resolve discrepancies on shipments; ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and productivity targets through stock management and store-floor support.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor, answering questions and sharing product knowledge.
