Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations and support store performance. You will manage receipts, transfers, and stock accuracy while upholding safety and merchandising standards.

You will train stock associates and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and productivity. On the sales floor, you will deliver exceptional service, assist customers, and ensure product availability aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop stock associates and collaborate with store leadership.
• Knowledge of Deckers Brands standards and visual merchandising basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processing, receiving, storage, and transfers.
• Maintain safe, neat, and efficient stockroom and stock desk.
• Assist Store Manager with sales and productivity plans.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor per visual standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers on entry.
