Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom and support the Store Manager in driving sales and efficiency. You will oversee receiving, storage, transfers, and stockroom safety while training stock associates and promoting a positive team environment.

You will also help replenish and display merchandise on the sales floor, greet customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey the Deckers Brands vision and mission to team and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom area: receive, store, organize, pick, and distribute products.
• Plan for new product arrivals and adjust stock accordingly.
• Verify shipments and handle discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Assist Store Manager with training and development of stock associates.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service; greet customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge.
