Job summary

Deckers Retail, LLC's HOKA stores are seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory and maintain safe stock areas, in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will receive shipments, replenish floor stock, assist with merchandise transfers, greet customers, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards while supporting the store team. Excellent communication and detail-orientation are valued as part of our Deckers Brands family.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet the needs of the store.
• Receive and verify shipments; resolve discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Assist with transfers of merchandise between retail locations or distribution centers.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock room and follow stock processes and policies.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers as they enter the store and direct them to products and areas.
