Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA stores are seeking a Stock Lead who owns the stockroom operations, from receiving shipments to product placement and transfers. You will model stockroom standards, train and empower the stock team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet store goals.

You will also help replenish and display products on the sales floor, deliver top-tier customer service, and maintain a positive, safe work environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processes: receiving, storing, counting, and transferring stock.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized stockroom and stock desk; ensure policy compliance.
• Support store sales floor through replenishment, merchandising, and product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist Store Manager in training stock associates.
