Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a safe, secure and customer-friendly shopping environment.
• Ensure proper merchandising, stockroom organization and cleanliness to standard.
• Lead store operations, training and coaching for frontline teams.
• Coach Associates on cash handling, register procedures and loss prevention.
• Coordinate merchandising, signing and back-stock management to support sales.
