Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environments and reports unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Supervises Associates and ensures Customer service standards.
• Represents Company brand and maintains professional appearance and store cleanliness.
• Oversees merchandising standards, stockroom organization, and product flow.
• Executes and enforces front-end procedures, loss prevention measures, and payroll-related duties.
• Governs back room/back stock and supports store operations as needed.
