Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment; corrects unsafe conditions and reports to Store Leadership.
• Supervises Associates, opens/closes the store, ensures merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Executes company operational processes and front-end procedures.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and shortage control policies.
• Ensures compliance with monthly presentation guidelines and floor moves.
• Manages payroll-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by Store Manager.
