Job summary

Cicoil is seeking a Stockroom Lead to supervise stockroom operations and a small team in a high‑mix, low‑volume aerospace environment. You will ensure correct materials are received, stored, issued, and tracked, using Epicor to maintain precise inventory levels and support uninterrupted production.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4+ years in inventory/warehouse roles, leadership experience, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 2–4+ years of inventory/warehouse/supply chain experience.
• Experience leading a 2–5 person team.
• Hands‑on ERP/inventory management system experience; Epicor a plus.
• Manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated industries experience a plus.
• Cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily stockroom activities, guiding and coaching associates.
• Trains team on stockroom processes, ERP transactions, and expectations.
• Enforces safety and material handling standards; manages timesheets.
