Job summary

Trexon is seeking a dependable Stockroom Lead to supervise a small stockroom team in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace environment. You will ensure materials are received, stored, issued, and tracked to keep production on track.

You will maintain Epicor ERP records, lead weekly cycle counts, and coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Planning to prevent shortages and reduce waste while upholding data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading an inventory or warehouse team of 2–5 employees.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems; Epicor experience a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated industries a plus.
• Experience conducting cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily stockroom activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Trains stockroom team on processes, ERP transactions, and company expectations.
• Enforces safety standards and proper material handling procedures.
• Confirms timesheets for stockroom employees per payroll cycle.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and ERP activity.
