Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field; equivalent education or experience may be considered.
• Five+ years in warehouse, inventory-control, materials-management, or logistics.
• Experience supervising or leading a small team in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABC cycle-count program and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Oversee overnight warehouse operations including receiving, storage, movement, and shipping support.
• Supervise a three-person team; provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, ITAR, OSHA, and customer requirements; participate in audits.
• Coordinate material movement to support production schedules and inventory control.
