Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an Inventory & Materials Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, support manufacturing operations, and ensure timely ERP transactions. The role involves cycle counting, material movements in D365, and sustaining a lean, organized stockroom.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of inventory control experience, forklift certification, and a strong eye for detail, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in inventory control or warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory management.
• Knowledge of cycle counting and lean manufacturing principles.
• Forklift operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inventory identification, verification, and cycle counting.
• Enter, update, and maintain inventory data and transactions in D365.
• Pull, stage, and kit materials for manufacturing work orders.
• Audit and reconcile component shortages and variances.
• Maintain a clean, safe stockroom and assist with lean initiatives.
• Process work orders and inventory transactions to support production.
• Replenish inventory and manage movement between stockrooms.
