Job summary

Cicoil is seeking a Stockroom Lead to supervise stockroom operations in a high-mix aerospace manufacturing environment. You will ensure materials are received, stored, issued, and tracked accurately, keeping production supplied and minimizing waste.

This role uses Epicor ERP to maintain inventory records, lead cycle counts, and coordinate daily with Production, Procurement, and Planning. You will lead a small team, uphold data integrity, and drive continuous improvement in stockroom processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in inventory management or warehousing.
• Experience leading a 2–5 person team.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Epicor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs daily stockroom activities with coaching.
• Manages inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancies.
• Issues materials to production and coordinates BOM accuracy with Engineering.
• Receives materials, ensures proper staging, and supports replenishment.
• Provides regular updates to leadership and collaborates cross-functionally.
