Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and transfer of inventory to meet store needs. You’ll lead by example, train stock associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and productivity.

You will maintain organization and safety in the stockroom while supporting visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and delivering exceptional customer service to shoppers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom processes, placement, and transfers to meet store needs.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and efficient stockroom and stock desk.
• Assist Store Manager with sales and productivity plans and floor replenishment.
• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
