Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Lead for our UGG store in Aurora, CO to own the stockroom operations, oversee receiving, placement, transfers, and inventory accuracy while upholding safety and security.

You will partner with the Store Manager to train stock associates, restock the sales floor to reflect visual standards, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands vision and mission.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom operations, including receiving, storage, picking, counting, and transfers.
• Maintain a neat, safe stockroom and stock desk and uphold safety/security measures.
• Support Store Manager with training and development of stock associates.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers.
