Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Stock Lead to own the stockroom operations, ensure accurate receiving and transfers, and support store leadership in meeting sales goals. You will train stock associates, maintain safe stockroom practices, and participate in merchandising to optimize product availability.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide exceptional service on the sales floor while upholding brand standards and store policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational excellence.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the stockroom, including receiving, storing, and organizing merchandise.
• Verify shipments and handle discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Lead and train stock associates; partner with Store Manager on goals.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor per standards.
• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
