Job summary

Cicoil is seeking a Stockroom Lead to supervise a small stockroom team in a high‑mix, low‑volume aerospace manufacturing environment. You will ensure timely receiving, storage, issuing and tracking of materials using Epicor, maintaining data integrity and inventory accuracy to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires coordinating with Production, Procurement and Planning, driving continuous improvement, and enforcing safety and material handling standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4+ years in inventory/warehouse roles with 2–5 direct reports.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably aerospace or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stockroom activities and guide associates.
• Train team on stockroom processes and ERP transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts.
• Coordinate material issuing and ensure proper BOMs.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Planning, and Engineering to prevent disruptions.
