Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback to drive store performance.
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to Walmart One Best Way standards.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders and support open communication across levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door Policy; promote a culture of integrity and beloning.
