Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center in Beaver Falls, PA is seeking a Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, for a regular/permanent role. You will lead and develop teams, supervise hourly associates, and implement store operations ensuring customer service excellence and profit growth.

You will manage budgeting, merchandising, inventory flow, and associate development while delivering Walmart's service standards and community-focused programs in a fast-paced retail environment at Beaver Falls.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearm facilities, successful completion of firearm background check may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University (Preferred).
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports (Preferred).
