Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and mentoring associates.
• Drive store performance by overseeing customer service initiatives and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and expenses to align with sales goals and reduce shrink.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
