Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, coaching, and feedback to improve performance.
• Model exceptional customer service and implement the One Best Way service model.
• Drive store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within the designated area.

Education
