Job summary

Walmart Lancaster, PA is seeking a store supervisor to lead and develop hourly associates. You will hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and promote a culture of respect and belonging while aligning with company goals and customer service standards.

In this role you will oversee daily store operations, monitor performance, manage budgeting and inventory flow, and implement improvements to boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Background checks may include firearms-related screenings for applicable facilities.
• Requires successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and recognize performance.
• Promote a culture of belonging and drive business initiatives to meet staffing needs and growth.
• Lead store operations, communicate plans with stakeholders, and drive customer service excellence.
• Review P&L, budgeting, and expense control to improve store performance.
• Implement process improvements to reduce shrink and increase sales.
