Job summary

Qualifications

• Additional background in customer service and leadership beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, providing feedback and guidance.
• Manage store operations including merchandising, customer service initiatives, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Review PL/Profit & Loss statements and implement action plans to improve financial performance and shrink reduction.
• Recruit, train, mentor and recognize associates to foster a culture of belonging and high performance.
