Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Malibu is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist with scheduling and supervision, support team leaders, and ensure smooth daily operations of the stock department. You will oversee displays, training, and inventory processes while maintaining a positive customer experience and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve team concerns.
• Address customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assist with sorting and stocking processes for the majority of the shift.
• Assist in training as directed by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Maintain a positive work environment supporting high morale.
• Complete inventory-related worksheets and tracking productivity.
• Open/close department per procedures and uphold retail standards.
• Foster teamwork and exceptional morale across the team.
• Monitor customer flows and direct staff to meet needs.
• Hire, train, mentor, and counsel Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and align with WFM goals.
