Responsibilities include supervising tasks, training team members, inventory management, and maintaining safety compliance. This role requires 12+ months retail experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and delegate tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Team Members.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns.
• Responds to customer and Team Member needs.
• Assists in sorting and stocking for 75% of shift.
• Assists in training using checklists and materials.
• Maintains a positive work environment for high morale.
• Completes inventory management, spoilage, sampling, temp, and sweep worksheets.
• Monitors productivity of stocking crew using case count tracker.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Sets and achieves high retail execution standards.
• Encourages teamwork and exceptional morale.
• Directs team to satisfy customer needs and questions.
• Trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members to sustain performance.
• Provides timely, thorough performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
