Job summary

Whole Foods Market Seattle is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist the Team Leader and oversee department flow, displays, and day-to-day operations. You will supervise tasks, delegate, respond to customer needs, and help with stocking and inventory processes during the shift.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Candidates should have at least 12+ months retail experience and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Ability to supervise and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Work with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Respond to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assist in sorting and stocking Process for at least 75% of shift.
• Assist in training using learning checklists and materials.
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment with high morale.
• Complete inventory management and related worksheets as required.
• Track productivity of stocking crew using the case count tracker.
• Open and close department per procedures.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster teamwork, mutual respect, and morale.
• Direct Team Members to satisfy customers; respond to questions promptly.
• Mentor and counsel Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
