Job summary

The Brand House Collective is looking for a Stock Team Member to help manage freight flow, keep the backroom organized, replenish the sales floor, and assist with price changes. The role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stock areas, stocking floors, and supporting merchandising and pricing efforts while upholding store standards. Physical ability to lift 45 pounds and work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to follow company directives and manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet store needs (early mornings, off hours).
• Ability to lift/move 45 pounds+ regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle bulky merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Assist in stocking floors and replenishment of products.
• Support price changes and merchandising efforts as directed.
• Maintains professional, positive attitude and supports company initiatives.
