Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to help with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will assist with price changes and maintain an organized, urgent pace on the shop floor.

You will operate in a fast-paced retail setting, ensuring stock accuracy, timely shipments, and a positive customer experience. This entry-level role requires reliability and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented, with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to lift and move heavy merchandise daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts.
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code.
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives.
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times
