Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. Assisting with price changes and general merchandising, you will help maintain stock integrity and efficient store operations.

Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. No experience is required, though stock experience is a plus; lifting and ladder-climbing abilities are necessary for daily

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience is a plus.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Able to climb ladders and stock shelves.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts.
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treats customers in a respectful and professional manner; supports company branding by adhering to dress code.
• Maintains high commitment and demonstrates support for company initiatives.
• Takes initiative during every shift to ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
• Reports to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times
• Demonstrates a commitment to Kirkland's Home Values
