Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization and stockroom replenishment on the sales floor, and to execute timely price changes and merchandising adjustments.

The role requires high organization, urgency, reliable teamwork, and a customer‑focused approach, with emphasis on asset protection, adherence to the handbook, and consistent shift performance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet store needs (early mornings and off hours).
• Able to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Able to climb ladders and handle bulky merchandise.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with product assembly, markdowns and replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and asset protection; follow company policies.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Provide respectful, professional customer service; adhere to dress code.
• Support company initiatives and show commitment to brand values.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shift with a positive, can-do attitude.
