Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, maintain organized backrooms, and replenish the sales floor. You will also handle price changes while delivering fast, friendly service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires a high level of organization, urgency, and the ability to lift heavy merchandise. Weekend, holiday, and evening shifts are commonly required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more and handle stockroom tasks.
• Schedule may include early mornings and off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipt and processing of merchandise in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain organized stockroom and backroom areas.
• Replenish salesfloor and execute markdowns as needed.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Uphold Kirkland's Home Values in daily activities.
