The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and price changes. The role requires high organization, urgency, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, replenishing the sales floor, and supporting brand standards. The position may involve early mornings, weekends, and lifting heavy items.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Assemble products, execute markdowns and replenish the salesfloor.
• Support profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Take personal accountability for performance.
• Treat customers with respect and support brand standards during shifts.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values.
• Process shipments in a timely manner and report to shift with a positive attitude.
