Job summary

Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services (SPS) Financial Reporting team seeks a capable finance professional to serve as first-line support for the equity reporting needs of 20–25 public companies. You will process and report client data per schedules, handle ad-hoc requests, and train client contacts on Plan Sponsor Workstation dashboards.

This onsite role emphasizes collaboration across SPS teams. You will need strong Excel/Access skills and a proactive, cross-functional mindset to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services and/or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills.
• CEP level 1 encouraged.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support for SPS financial reporting for a defined client base of 20–25 public companies.
• Process and report client financial reporting data according to schedules; support ad-hoc requests.
• Train client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation and related reporting dashboards.
• Assist with testing and ensure accurate reporting during peak monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Collaborate with SPS Operations and Client Service Managers to deliver full-service stock plan administration.
