Qualifications

• 7+ years of related project management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is beneficial.
• Experience in SAFe and Six Sigma are a plus.
• Strong consultative, listening, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality solutions by supporting planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives aligned with Product strategy and goals.
• Coordinate initiatives at portfolio and program levels with oversight from assessment through solution launch.
• Support cross-domain work to align Stock Plan Services and Brokerage roadmaps.
• Lead teams through change, manage issues and risks, and drive business readiness activities.
• Provide regular status updates to Stock Plan leadership and partners.
