Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting professional to service a defined client base with SPS reporting, dashboards, and data delivery. You will engage directly with 20-25 public companies, managing reporting cycles and ad-hoc requests.

You will train clients on PSW functionality, work with SPS product teams on enhancements, and ensure accurate, timely reporting. A strong multi-tasking ability, cross-group collaboration, and proficient MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services and/or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills.
• CEP level 1 encouraged.
• Strong ability to multi-task, react and think quickly.
• Positive can-do demeanor and cross-group collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to develop presentations and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary support for SPS’ financial reporting offering for a base of 20-25 public companies.
• Process and report client financial data according to the defined schedule.
• Train client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation and create dashboards.
• Participate in testing and rollout activities for SPS reporting enhancements.
• Deliver complete and accurate reporting during peak monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Collaborate with SPS Operations and Client Service Managers to ensure full-service stock plan administration.
• Support product and technology partners on major improvements.
