Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to be the primary liaison for SPS clients, delivering accurate financial reporting data per client schedules and guiding users of Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) for reporting dashboards.

You will support testing, develop reporting benchmarks, and train client contacts while collaborating with SPS Operations and Product teams to implement improvements and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in Accounting/Finance or stock plan administration.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access; CEP1 encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line client support for SPS financial reporting.
• Process and report client financial data per reporting schedule.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards; train clients on PSW.
• Collaborate with SPS Product Development and Operations teams.
