Qualifications

• Stock experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and leadership.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise.
• Process shipments following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards in product flow to the sales floor.
• Coordinate replenishment with leadership, including fill the floor and power opens/closes.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing; update leadership on compliance.
• Coordinate stock transfers and process damages.
• Support colleagues and customer interactions.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report unusual activity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
