Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Active State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) registry with the State of Ohio.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess data and respond to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist nursing staff with daily tasks.
• Prepare resident rooms and ensure resident safety.
• Notify inventory personnel to restock care supplies as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrate service excellence and align with organizational mission and resident rights.
• Comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
