Job summary

Birchaven Village seeks a Nurse Aide (CNA) to support licensed staff by delivering direct resident care under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal needs, maintaining safety, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.

The role requires an active Ohio State Tested Nurse Aide registry, at least 16 years old, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to promote resident comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Active Ohio STNA registry required.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to care for aging residents under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities.
• Prepare rooms and assist nursing staff as directed.
• Order supplies and ensure adequate stock for resident care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
