Zusammenfassung

Birchaven Village is seeking a Nurse Aide to support licensed staff with direct resident care and activities focused on residents’ personal needs and comfort, under supervision of a Charge Nurse and in accordance with applicable standards and Birchaven Village policies.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines, and strong communication within the care team to promote resident well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Active registry as State Tested Nurse Aide with the State of Ohio.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to residents’ needs.
• Basic knowledge of aging and related issues.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Facilitate identification and reporting of changes in resident condition or behavior.
• Communicate needs to inventory personnel to restock supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrate service excellence and uphold organization mission and values.
• Comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
