Job summary

Birchaven Village is seeking a Nurse Aide to support licensed staff by delivering direct resident care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. You will assist with daily personal care and comfort, ensuring safety and quality care in a compliant setting.

This role requires an Ohio State Tested Nurse Aide registry and age 16+. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available and adherence to Birchaven Village policies and resident rights is essential.

Qualifications

• Meet the minimum required age of 16 years old.
• Active registry as a State Tested Nurse Aide with the State of Ohio.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to needs of residents on the unit.
• Ability to assess data reflective of resident status and identify needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill to provide care appropriate to residents.
• Communicate needs to inventory personnel to restock supplies as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrate service excellence and align with mission, vision, and values.
• Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
