Job summary

Traditions-Managemen is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and create a safe, homelike environment. You will assist with ADLs, meals, mobility, and monitoring wellbeing, while communicating with residents, families, and care teams.

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care. You’ll also assist with creating a safe, clean, and homelike environment while supporting resident rights, choices, and dignity. Your role ensures residents receive compassionate care while feeling respected and valued.

Resident Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.


• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.


• Encourage resident independence and social interaction.


• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisors.
