Job summary

Traditions at North Willow is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, individualized care for residents in a warm, homelike setting.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor well-being, and support residents during meals, while maintaining safety and privacy standards. Prior senior care experience and compassionate approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.
• Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.
