Mission Grove at Stoneybrook is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to help residents with daily activities, promote independence, and maintain a safe, homelike environment. You’ll support rights and dignity while delivering person-centered care.

You’ll work with a care team to implement individualized plans, monitor wellbeing, assist with meals and mobility, and ensure respectful, quality daily living for residents.

Competenze

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.
• Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.

As a Resident Assistant, you’ll help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care. You’ll also assist with creating a safe, clean, and homelike environment while supporting resident rights, choices, and dignity. Your role ensures residents receive compassionate care while feeling respected and valued.

Resident Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.

· Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.

· Encourage resident independence and social interaction.
