Traditions-Management is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, grooming, and personal care in a safe, homelike environment. You will uphold residents’ rights, dignity, and comfort while following individualized care plans.
This role requires CNAs or state-approved CNA training, strong communication and time management, and the ability to perform physical tasks safely.
As a Resident Assistant, you’ll help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care. You’ll also assist with creating a safe, clean, and homelike environment while supporting resident rights, choices, and dignity. Your role ensures residents receive compassionate care while feeling respected and valued.
