Job summary

Traditions of Beavercreek is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide direct care and support to residents in a senior care setting in Medina, OH. You will perform ADLs, assist with meals, encourage independence, and monitor well-being while maintaining a safe, homelike environment.

Required CNA certification with compassionate, patient, and resident-centered care. Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills are essential to collaborate with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.

• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.
